De Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA van Polymaker, de nieuwe naam voor PolyTerra™ PLA, is een filament dat PLA en organische mineralen combineert om het plasticgebruik te verminderen.
Het is gemakkelijk te printen en te verwijderen van de steunen, en biedt een verfijnde matte afwerking die de laaglijnen verbergt, wat zorgt voor een glad en esthetisch resultaat. Harder en duurzamer dan regulier PLA, het maakt het mogelijk om professionele onderdelen snel en eenvoudig te maken.
Milieuvriendelijk, het wordt geleverd met gerecycleerde spoelen, en Polymaker heeft zich ertoe verplicht om een boom te planten voor elke verkochte spoel.
Beschikbaar in verschillende kleurcollecties.
De Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA is ideaal voor het maken van elegante decoraties, dankzij de matte en tweekleurige afwerking die de details versterkt.
Het is perfect voor het printen van figuren, met een esthetisch en professioneel uiterlijk. Dit filament is ook geschikt voor het maken van speelgoed, door eenvoudig te printen en robuust te zijn.
Tenslotte is het een uitstekende keuze voor het maken van visuele prototypes, met gladde oppervlakken en grote precisie.
Om te printen met Panchroma™ Dual Matte PLA, stel de extrusietemperatuur in tussen 190 en 230°C, de bedtemperatuur tussen 25 en 60°C en houd de print snelheid onder de 300 mm/s.
⚠️ Omdat het licht abrasiever is dan regulier PLA, wordt aangeraden een versterkte nozzle te gebruiken voor frequente afdrukken.
